About ORTC, LLC

We are an adult outpatient opioid treatment program / substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine / suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.

Our treatment center hours are : 5 : 00 a.m.- 1 : 00 p.m. M-F and 6 : 00 - 10 : 00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

Your Role :

You will be assisting clients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.

Be a beacon of hope for clients as they adjust to a drug free existence, providing emotional and physical support through their journey.

Ensure clients receive the best care by adhering to program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Perform duties with dedication and within the scope of their professional license and certification.

Qualifications and Skills

Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III licensure.

Valid driver's license.

Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.

We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.

Apprenticeship Opportunity

ORTC is an apprenticeship site for United We Heal (UWH). UWH collaborates with behavioral health professionals and behavioral health employers to offer robust, industry-specific training opportunities for individuals pursuing QMHA, CADC or Medical Assistant certification. Apprentices receive supervision, on-the-job training, free education, paid training and additonal financial support based on need.
