ORTC, LLC is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, fentanyl, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.
Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Job Summary
- Supervise counselors/professionals in training, and those requiring supervision by regulatory authorities, and/or counselors/professionals who are working towards their certification or licensure
- Assisting patients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
- Assist clients in preparing and adjusting to a drug free existence, and to offer assistance (emotional and physical) in problematic issues.
- Responsible to the Program Director for provision of services to assigned patients and adherence to schedules, established treatment program policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Certification of CADC II or above and QMHA
- Five years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use disorders counseling; or
- Bachelor's Degree and four years of paid full-time experience in the social services field, with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience; or
- A Master's Degree and three years of paid full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of two years of direct substance use disorders counseling experience.
- Valid driver's license and meet the requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- Meet Oregon state requirements to work in a substance abuse treatment facility.
