```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and sorting mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
```Skills```
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient typing skills to accurately input data and information
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is preferred
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain an organized filing system
- Excellent customer support skills to assist visitors and address their inquiries or concerns
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is an advantage
- Ability to transcribe audio recordings or written notes accurately
