We are looking for a Shipping / Cycle Count Associate who will perform all shipping and cycle count duties of the warehouse to support ODEV operations, including all applicable electronic transactions. Tasks and transaction will be processed in an accurate and timely manner. This position will be located in our Supply Chain department.
Location: Onsite, Draper, UT
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: 11:30am - 8:30pm
Principal Responsibilities:
- Prepares and ships all material to (OSP) outside processing.
- Assist preparing materials for pre sterile process.
- Responsible for shipping all Return to Vendor (RTV) orders.
- Responsible for shipping raw material, castings and supplies to outside vendors.
- Responsible for shipping International and Distribution Planning orders.
- Acts as the contact point for all customs related issues.
- Responsible for customs paperwork for all international shipments.
- Cycle count materials based on the system which is established by Finance.
- Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory reports.
- Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Training, Skills, Knowledge:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Self-starter with initiative including self-management.
- good organization and memorization skills.
