Ortho South is looking to hire a world class, Coordinator of first impressions/ Scheduling Coordinator/Front Desk. Our Coordinators of first impressions and Scheduling Coordinators are customer service superheroes who serve as a practice concierge in greeting families as well as scheduling gurus who help patients keep appointments on the books. Are you friendly, eager, yet calm. Are you able to multi-task and keep on track? Do you keep a smile on your face and in your voice? Do you enjoy celebrating with patients and families? - Welcome patients and families into the practice.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Answer a multi-line phone with grace and efficiency.
- Manage mailings with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage communications to patients and dentists.
- The ability to complete all tasks and duties assigned to front office personnel.
- Actively participate as a contributing member of the office staff team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
