What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant - Multiple Locations position at Ortho Tennessee?
Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant for a Monday through Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling at multiple Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic offices. Responsibilities include assisting physicians in the clinic, triaging patients, entering demographic information into NextGen, draw up injections, removing bandages, splints, sutures and staples, as well as applying DME, splints, boots, etc. Clinical experience is required and the ability to work both independently and as a team is preferred. Good communication skills and computer skills.
