Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic is seeking a Surgery Claims Appeals Coordinator for a Monday through Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling at our KOC office in West Knoxville. The Surgery Claims Appeals Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with insurance accounts receivable (A / R) management for physician claims. Additionally, the Surgery Claims Appeals Coordinator will monitor outstanding balances, reviews reports including but not limited to clearinghouse rejections, claims denial tasks, and A / R aging reports, as well as, contact payer to research claim status, notes accounts and follow ups. Must be detail oriented, one year of medical experience preferred
