OrthoAtlanta, a premier Southeast practice known for its integrated approach to musculoskeletal care, is seeking a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to provide athletic training services for Luella High School
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes by developing and implementing injury prevention programs.
- Evaluate and manage sports-related injuries, illnesses, and conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to help athletes return to play safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians, coaches, and school staff to provide comprehensive athletic healthcare.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all healthcare delivery policies.
- Educate and mentor student athletic trainers and promote overall athlete wellness.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Some travel required for away games or championship events.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience as a certified athletic trainer.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field.
- BOC certification and state licensure as an athletic trainer.
- CPR/AED certification for healthcare providers.
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for sports medicine.
