The Healthcare Operational Analyst is responsible for supporting the Healthcare Organization by collecting and reporting data to optimize operational performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Gathers information for processes, reviews data and trends, and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
- Collect, review, and interpret operational data related to physician performance, patient care, and resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making
- Assist and support Regional Directors by managing calendars, coordinating emails, and handling various projects as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Support departmental initiatives as requested
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient protected health information as mandated HIPAA Privacy, Security, HITECH, and Transactions and Code Sets regulations
- Perform other duties as required
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and reconciling information from various sources
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Data Management, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or healthcare operations
- Ideal candidate will have an understanding of physician operations and financial acumen
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently under deadlines
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel required
