We are seeking a part time Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to work one day per week (either Monday or Friday) at our Newnan or Fayetteville locations.
OrthoAtlanta is seeking a non-surgical Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with one of our PM&R Physicians. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be providing a full spectrum of care from orthopedic diagnosis to treatment and rehabilitation. The goal is to restore maximum function and improve the quality of life for our patients. Experience with medication management and joint injections is preferred. Candidates should be flexible and have a strong desire to work both independently and as a team member. Excellent assessment skills and a strong work ethic are required.
This is a part time, non-benefited position.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Ability to be licensed by the State of Georgia
- Previous PMR or Pain Management experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work independently and work well with co-workers
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with flexible and creative approach
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively with all member of the healthcare team as well as in simple, concise and soothing language to patients and families
