As an Account Manager, you will be able to work hands-on with our PASS product, building a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications. You will manage diverse responsibilities, including customer service, product education, and client onboarding while acting as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations : I will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Customer Service : Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise : Gain a deep understanding of our product to effectively educate clients on its features and benefits.
- Onboarding : Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through product setup and initial use.
- Training and Support : Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure they maximize PASS's value.
- Feedback Collection : Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and communicate insights to the product development team.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure client success.
