We are currently seeking an Operations Lead who will be responsible for managing the daily operations and performance of their assigned production unit, including acting as a leader to their assigned team within- implementing and managing performance, development, and culture initiatives. oversee all Production operations to bring ODL products to life. This individual will be accountable for managing and utilizing all people and other resources to achieve set production metrics for their unit. A primary duty of this role will be people leadership and development, including the training, development, and engagement of our highly-skilled staff members to deliver superior products. The success of this role will heavily depend on leadership skills and abilities of this individual in empowering and engaging their team members.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team to ensure efficient production and delivery of orthodontic products while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Utilize data to drive decisions and improve production results.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and maintain consistent hourly production output.
• Ensure the on-time delivery of production orders.
• Lead daily startup meetings.
• Manage and optimize personnel and resources to achieve established production metrics.
• Focus on people leadership and development, including training, mentoring, and staff engagement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technology, processes, and outcomes.
• Promote a positive, respectful work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.

• Experience in skilled manufacturing is preferred but not required.
