What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Pediatric Dental Office position at Orthodent Management LLC?
Our fun loving, professional, and family oriented pediatric dental office is seeking a new front desk administrative team member. A successful candidate will be an excellent team player with a positive attitude, a strong ability to multitask, and great communication skills. Experience with insurance verification and appeals, and Open Dental software are suggested but not required.
Some of your day to day task will include:
Providing outstanding customer service for parents and patients
Greeting parents and patients at check out
Answering phone calls and scheduling
Confirming patient appointments
Obtaining and managing patient paperwork including intake forms, medical history, and consent forms
Helping maintain office organization and cleanliness
Assisting and communicating with team members to maintain office efficiency
Insurance verification and appeals
Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Open Dental preferred
1 years experience but not required
