Job Description :
As a Clinical Trainer you will be responsible for providing training and support to clinical staff on topics related to patient care. You will be tasked with developing and delivering training materials, assessing staff performance, and providing feedback to ensure clinical staff are up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies. You will also be responsible for building relationships and working closely with clinical staff to ensure their training needs are met.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Observe and evaluate clinical team members on a bi-monthly basis.
Prepare training materials and train newly hired clinical team members.
Prepare and execute follow up training for team members (Assistants, NPCs, Steri Techs, Lead Assistants, TCs)
Schedule, prepare for, and conduct monthly Lead Assistant meetings.
Address any performance issues observed in clinics to Operations Manager
Handle questions and provide information to team members.
This can include but not be limited to equipment maintenance processes, basic system questions, and other.
Assist with scripts and recordings for LMS.
Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
Contribute ideas to improve company policies and procedures.
Be a company advocate.
Be comfortable providing feedback to evaluated team members in a professional manner. Work with other departments on developing training materials (videos, quizzes, presentations, etc.
Work with Operations Team on improving and / or developing policies and procedures to improve patient experience in the clinics and with the support team.
Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years Orthodontic Assistant experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
Working Hours :
Monday-Friday 8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM or follow clinic hours for the day
2 Saturdays per month - 7 : 40AM-1 : 00PM
Some Holidays
Support Center and in clinics during training and evaluation
Travel - Rockford, Dekalb, Beloit, Algonquin
