Job Description:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your region and ensuring that operations run efficiently and effectively. You will oversee developing and implementing operational strategies and policies that will help the company achieve its goals and objectives, while also ensuring that the highest quality of patient service and satisfaction is maintained. You will be expected to monitor performance, analyze data, and develop plans to address any issues in your region.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that all OE team members understand our company mission and uphold it in the highest regard
- Manage four to six directly reporting office managers as assigned per territory
- Do weekly site visits and provide support directly to staff and providers
- Coach managers on how to resolve clinic and patient issues
- Support managers in employee relations conversations
- Help resolve patient issues that have been escalated within 24 hours
- Empower clinic manager to oversee metrics progress and evaluate the health of case acceptance
- Strategize and implement action plans to achieve financial results
- Ensure managers and staff follow all policies and procedures to ensure staff and patient safety.
- Evaluate the level of customer service provided by office staff
- Evaluate clinical patient flow and communicate with office manager and marketing.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that office marketing needs are being met.
- Ensure all huddle procedures are being followed
- Train managers/treatment coordinators
- Report clinical case acceptance monthly before the first payroll of the month.
- Complete Operations Checklist quarterly for each location with a goal of 95%
- Complete SCRUM calls weekly with Directors and CMs
- Ensure that bonding and collections goals are met every month for each of their clinics
- Evaluate metrics on a regular basis to project the clinical performance at the end of the month, quarterly, and annually
- Schedule and run TC and Manager meetings
- Report the hiring needs for assigned territories
- Interview and initiate the hiring process with the human resources department
- Facilitate employee terminations
- Be the advocate for their clinics and team members
- Provide coverage for clinics as needed including Saturday shifts
- Create and maintain team members' weekly schedules
- Participate in Marketing event
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 5 years experience in treatment coordination in a private medical practice
- 5 years experience in management
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to motivate and build strong teams
- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, and/or education and experience in a relevant field preferred, but not required
Working Hours/ Location:
- Monday – Wednesday 8:45am – 5:00pm
- Thursday & Friday 6:45am – 3:00pm
- 2 Saturdays per month
- Full time - Exempt
- Travel availability to Speedway, IN; Greenwood, IN; Merrillville, IN & Des Plaines, IL

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
