Sterilization Technician

Orthodontic Specialists of Green Bay (OSGB) has served the Green Bay area for more than 40 years. We have two office locations, one in Allouez and one in De Pere. We are a state-of-the-art practice that provides the highest quality orthodontic care.

Previous sterilization experience preferred but willing to train the exceptional candidate.

Duties To Be Performed Include

• Inspect and clean instruments and cassettes
• Process instruments through ultrasonic, lubrication and packaging for steam sterilization
• Re-stock and fill operatories and other supplies
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment
• Proper documentation of maintenance logs
• Follow proper OSHA and CDC guidelines for dental offices
• Clinical and Doctor scrub laundry
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Able to stand ~8 hours per day
• Able to lift 5-20 lbs when re-stocking, etc.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner and a willingness to help the team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, friendly and professional personality
