Responsible for full life cycle support to Orthofix’s Bone Growth Therapy sales force. (Hybrid role)
What will your duties and responsibilities be?

- Assist in the day-to-day operations associated with the accurate and timely execution of onboarding, updating, or off-boarding of BGT sales entities and personnel.
- As part of the Order to Cash team, act as a dependable, responsive point of contact for sales leadership and the sales force, while maintaining effective communications and follow-through.
- Onboarding: Shepherd new sales entities or representatives through the entire onboarding process.
- Anticipate the downstream process controls and dependencies to help facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for any new sales entity or representative.
- Acts as liaison between Sales and Operations for all Field Inventory Management System changes.
- Resolve any delays or obstacles in the onboarding process. This includes but is not limited to obtaining the required information, resolving conflicts, and compiling/entering data directly.
- Utilize tracking reports and proactively identify and act upon possible issues before they emerge.
- Facilitate the accurate application of any changes to the sales force made through promotion, transfer, contract amendments, etc.
- Owns execution and reporting on all onboarding and compliance training KPIs.
- Oversees and assist other departments as needed with annual compliance refresher training process and field completion.
- Oversees annual distribution of all Certificates of Insurance.
- Manages distributor rosters and cyclical clean-up to ensure data accuracy.
- Oversees life cycle management tasks, and ensures communication between all functions.
- Maintains department calendar for onboarding (contract effective dates), field analysis, compliance training, and terminations (contract end dates).
- Act as a central point of contact for the processing of these changes within Orthofix.
- Offboarding: Work with internal stakeholders and sales leadership to facilitate the effective off-boarding of sales entities and representatives with an emphasis on minimizing negative impacts to revenue and inventory.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with multiple divisions and departments within the company.
- Identifies and leads process improvement suggestions through their workflow
- Work to continuously improve the process to enhance customer experience.
- Special Projects as assigned.
What skills and experience will you need?
- Minimum 5 years of business experience, with a preference for sales, operations, and/or contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Able to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with the public.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to problem solve.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft office and PC skills. (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Oracle data entry and management.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
What qualifications are preferred?
- Experience with Human Resource Management or a Contract Management system.
