Position Summary
The marketing representative will be responsible for distributing marketing materials to targeted audiences and facilities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops an annual marketing plan that aligns with the organization’s business objectives
- Collaborating with physicians and clinic managers to planning promotional marketing outreach campaigns
- Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors to assist.
- Researching previous successful marketing strategies to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
- Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
- Understands new service lines and develops ways to promote them to the community
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Ability to travel to clinics
- Ability to have effective staff and physician interactions
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Office 365, Excel and Word

Physical Demands
Physical Demands: Anticipate lifting 20-25 pounds in any given day. Lifting up to 40-50 pounds may occasionally be required, depending on the specific style or type of care provided. In the performance of certain patient care tasks, the nurse may be expected to have sufficient manual dexterity in order to safely perform various skills and techniques. Tasks and expectations may vary by clinical site and medical practice. Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner. May be exposed to acutely ill patients, communicable diseases or blood borne pathogens.
Work Environment
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation; Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with regular working hours; local travel will be required.
