About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapy Assistant I to join our team in the Medical Industry. As a Physical Therapy Assistant I, you will be responsible for assisting licensed Physical Therapists in providing treatment to patients with various physical conditions. Your main goal will be to help patients recover from injuries and improve their physical abilities. You will work closely with the Physical Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and provide feedback to the therapist. Your role will be critical in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a retail healthcare setting
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Experience working with patients of all ages
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with electronic medical records
Responsibilities:
