Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring efficient and effective management of billing, collections, and revenue optimization. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and revenue optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the revenue cycle team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • AHIMA or AACP certified, or equivalent Medical Billing certificate or working towards certification,
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of medical billing or coding experience
  • Strong understanding of billing and collections processes, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
