What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist patients and families with professionalism and compassion, both in person and over the phone.
Prepare and maintain patient charts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Schedule appointments and manage prior authorizations for imaging and procedures.
Act as a key point of contact between patients, providers, and insurance carriers.
Monitor and follow up on patient communications, voicemails, and medical records requests.
Support clinic operations by handling correspondence, processing disability forms, and coordinating documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent (healthcare experience preferred, especially in orthopaedics)
✔ Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, physicians, and staff
✔ Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
