Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join our growing team in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate must be board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Foot / Ankle. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment ensuring a balanced workload and rewarding experience.
Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of foot and ankle disorders.
- Perform surgical interventions with precision and patient-centered care.
- Provide follow-up care and rehabilitation oversight.
- Participate in 1 : 5 call coverage, with the advantage of only covering referred patients— no responsibility for unreferred cases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
