Busy orthopaedic practice seeking a dedicated, supportive Call Center Agent who is comfortable engaging with patients on the phone in a helpful, kind and efficient manner. The ideal candidate enjoys fast paced environments, can handle difficult situations under stress, is a team player, a multi-tasker and who doesn’t mind stepping outside the box and going the extra mile with helping patients and co-workers.

Knowledge of electronic medical records, insurance terminology, and medical office processes a benefit.
