What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Athletic Trainer - OrthoFast position at Orthopaedic Specialty Group?
Responsibilities :
- Obtain patient history and order appropriate imaging
- Assist with in office procedures
- Perform initial concussion evaluation and testing
- Splinting and casting application and removal
- Brace fittings and crutch training
- Implementing and instructing patient specific exercise programs
- Review of lab results, MRI and other study results
- Communication with MD and PA's regarding patient care
- Manage prior authorizations of medications and imaging
