Job Summary
We are seeking a Radiology Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills, prior experience working in a medical setting, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Patient preparation for exam, treatment, post-op orthopedic care
Set up and adjust radiologic equipment; complete musculoskeletal x-rays; equipment maintenance
Electronic documentation within a patient’s chart
Exam room maintenance and stocking office
Splinting and casting are a plus
Occasional front office duties including addressing faxes and phone calls
Qualifications
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Limited) Certification required
Comfortable with post-op orthopedic care including incision care and bracing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
English and Spanish speaking preferred
Schedule
Tuesdays 8 : 30 am - 12 : 30 pm required
Thursdays 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm required
Fridays 8 : 30 am - 12 : 30 pm required
occasional Mondays, Wednesdays half day to full day scheduled in advance
