Experienced Medical Receptionist /Appointment Scheduler
Looking for at least one year of recent modern medical office reception experience. Work is in person in the office. The successful candidate will enjoy working both independently and as a team with the other members of the front office staff.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- This is a travel position and the candidate MUST be able to travel to ancillary sites (Farmington and New Milford) as needed (usually two days a week).
- Front office duties include: greeting and checking-in patients, insurance verification, accepting co-payments, answering calls, making appointments, entering and scanning data into the EHR and other activities as assigned.
As an Experienced Medical Receptionist, you will be essential in delivering outstanding medical administrative support and ensuring a smooth patient experience at our office. Your core skills in scheduling appointments, front desk operations, and patient service will be vital in facilitating effective communication between patients and our clinical staff.
