Staff Physical Therapist - General Application

Full Time Physical Therapist Position for an Outpatient, Therapist Owned Private Practice

Position Requirements

Key Accountabilities

• See 4 new patients & 57 total visits per week in 35 treatment hours (0.12 eval per treatment hour/1.6 visits per treatment hour)
• Manage Schedule to achieve productivity
• Comply with relevant regulations, State & Federal Laws
• Develop and execute OKRs on a regular cadence
• Complete regular check-ins to team leaders
• Complete accurate documentation within 24 hours of visit
• Complete accurate and timely charge entry
• Complete accurate and timely reports to referring providers
• Maintain standards for body language, tone, and verbal language
• Generate referrals through friends and family, word of mouth, 1 program by actively discussing referrals with current patients
• Arrive patients, collect copays, complete scheduling when admin is not available
• Perform consistent contacting of lost patients
• Provide feedback on office policies and procedures.
• Escalate information to team leader
• Suggest updates to PT playbook
• Generate ideas for increasing new patient volume

Salary : $69,000 - $85,000
