PATIENT REGISTRAR POSITION OVERVIEW :
Hybrid schedule. Two days a week remote - work at home, 3 in office after 90 days. Completes accommodative services for patients and staff as well as provides assistance to physicians and as appropriate, provides back up for other staff members by performing the following duties.
PATIENT REGISTRAR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Enter all clinic info from Phreesia into EHR.
Enters patient medication info
Abides by HIPAA guidelines and office policies
Provides coverage during the absence of other registrars
Provides back up for medical records : scanning and electronic filing
Provides back up for phone operators / front office
General office duties : copy, fax, scanning, email
Other duties as assigned
PATIENT REGISTRAR PAY & BENEFITS :
18- $19 Per hour

PATIENT REGISTRAR WORKING CONDITIONS :
Typical business office environment
Possibility of local travel
Constant viewing of computer monitor, mousing and typing
Frequent standing, walking and sitting
Frequent stooping, lifting, carrying and pushing / pulling 10 pounds or more
Occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
Hours of business are Monday – Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Must be able to work early, late and long hours, as needed, to meet the essential functions of the job
