We are seeking vibrant and independent individuals with great character and outgoing personalities to work as customer service ambassadors to help clients receive the best care, we can offer in our Lowry office.
SERVICE AMBASSADOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls to the call center in a timely manner.
Direct calls appropriately by transferring and or taking detailed messages.
Schedule appointments according to physician profiles
Some insurance / billing experience, however not a requirement
Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written for clear, legible messages
Pleasant, friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and all incoming callers
Assist with any other task assigned.
SERVICE AMBASSADOR SALARY & BENEFITS :
18-20 Per hour depending on experience

Requirements :
SERVICE AMBASSADOR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
High school diploma / GED or equivalent previous experience as a service ambassador
Excellent customer service
Experience and knowledge of medical and insurance is recommend, but not required
Experience in EMR systems, Allscripts experience is a plus
Ability to handle high patient volumes.
Ability to maintain composure when stressful situations are encountered.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Have strong communication skills
Be able to multitask and work both individually and as a team
Have strong computer skills; experience in EMR and / or Allscripts a plus
Demonstrate emotional intelligence
Have pride in your work as well as a passion to help patients with the best care
SERVICE AMBASSADOR WORKING CONDITIONS :
Typical business office environment
Possibility of local travel
Constant viewing of computer monitor, mousing and typing
Frequent standing, walking and sitting
Frequent stooping, lifting, carrying and pushing / pulling 10 pounds or less
Occasionally lift and / or move up to 10 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
Hours of business are Monday – Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Must be able to work early, late and long hours, as needed, to meet the essential functions of the job
