Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategies with our business goals, enhancing our workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies. Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract top talent in the medical field.
* Employee Relations: Act as a consultant to leadership and employees on HR issues, promoting a positive work environment. Handle disputes, grievances, and conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
* Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to meet the evolving demands of orthopedic care.
* Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring feedback is constructive and aligned with practice goals.
* Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to healthcare laws, including HIPAA, OSHA, and employment regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws applicable to medical practices.
* Benefits Administration: Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, ensuring they meet the needs of our staff.
* Strategic HR Initiatives: Drive HR initiatives that support practice growth, such as culture enhancement programs, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a healthcare or related environment.
* PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and healthcare regulations.
* Proven track record in HR strategy, employee relations, and change management.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
