Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager/Administrative Associate to join our Orthopedic practice. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Create project plans, and serve as the point of contact for internal and external customers regarding active and past projects.
- Schedules and creates budgets for all projects.
- Leads project management activities, ensuring quality, and reporting data
- Identify and assess project risks and issues, and develop solutions
- Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
- Responsible for preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence, organizing and filing documents electronically.
- Attend meetings and take minutes of action points, track action points for follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in Tableau is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or part of a team.
It is mandatory to have reliable transportation as travel is a requirement between sites, project sites, etc
