Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic is seeking Appointment Schedulers for a Monday through Friday opportunity with flexible scheduling at our Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic offices. The Appointment Scheduler role is open to both part-time and full-time schedules and will be responsible for patient appointment scheduling and rescheduling via phone/online, additional clerical duties, computer skills and physician office experience. NexGen and UpDocs experience a plus, as well as Rockhopper. Excellent customer service skills, friendly and positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast paced environment preferred.
