We are looking for a high-energy, motivated sales professional to add to our amazing team here in New Haven. We are hiring immediately for this position.
Job Summary
The Clinical Liaison plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and our organization. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in account management and customer service to effectively communicate our services, negotiate contracts, and analyze market trends to enhance our outreach efforts.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure effective communication of our clinical services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services with client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize office software, including Word, for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Lead initiatives that promote our clinical services within the community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or technical sales within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel for documentation purposes.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
