Prosthetic Patient Care Coordinator
The Prosthetic Patient Coordinator provides comprehensive support and marketing services exclusively for Orthotics & Prosthetics Laboratories. This role involves assisting the company in fostering and maintaining relationships with referral sources and enhancing the company's reputation through educational marketing programs. The Patient Coordinator will also support patients by offering non-clinical assistance and aid practitioners by managing non-clinical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referrals and referral sources to increase revenue and promote the company's services.
2. Develop and support educational marketing programs to enhance the company's image, reputation, and market presence.
3. Provide non-clinical support to patients with limb loss, enhancing the overall patient care experience.
4. Assist practitioners by alleviating non-clinical tasks, improving their efficiency and focus on patient care.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in sales, marketing, or patient advocacy, preferably within the healthcare or orthotics and prosthetics industry.
2. Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer and patient satisfaction.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of the orthotics and prosthetics industry is a plus.
5. Basic computer skills/Microsoft Office/CRM preferred.
6. Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
