Position Summary : The Talent Director leads and has overall responsibility for OrthoWorx’s
talent initiatives, overseeing all projects related to talent development and attraction connected
to the OrthoWorx mission.

Location and Work Structure
An office in Warsaw is provided. This position requires attendance at in-person meetings and events
in Warsaw, Indiana. Outside of required in-person meetings and events, a hybrid schedule with some
remote work is an option based on the needs of the position, the Talent
Director’s preference, and the demands of any given project. This position requires a bachelor’s
degree and the ability to take initiative, manage one’s time and projects through to completion
through strong self-direction and time management, without the need for daily supervision.
