We are looking for outgoing, friendly, energetic, dependable, reliable, honest and hardworking individuals to join our hotel team.
Customer Service is a MUST!
Our hotel is under new ownership and is nearing the end of our complete renovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls.
- Make reservations.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective guests, incoming guests and guests checking out.
- Set-up our continental breakfast.
- Perform the nightly audit, identify, and resolve all discrepancies.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
