Resident Care Assistant – Part Time
Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a PART TIME Resident Care Assistant (RCA) for EVENING or NIGHT shift to provide quality care for our residents.Duties and responsibilities:
- Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
- Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
- Engage residents in social interactions and activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
- Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
- Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols

The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a:
- An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential
- An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential
- An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift
- Additional hours may be available in other departments if desired
