Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and/or Power Point).
Capable of meeting strict deadlines, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with executive team, managers, employees and with external partners/vendors.
Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism.
Organized, detail oriented, strategic, strong work ethic, passionate and flexible.
Excellent concise written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Office Experience
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure a personal, friendly experience for all employees and office visitors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external office-related questions.
- Accept, sort and distribute all incoming mail deliveries. Distribute interoffice mail, as needed.
- Ensure conference rooms are kept neat and set up in preparation for large meetings.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, including regularly restocks and organization.
- Oversee office maintenance with vendors and building management, ensuring all request are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Work with Talent Acquisition (TA), Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), IT and/or other departments to successfully onboard new hires.
- Process new hire paperwork using UKG HRIS System.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations by conducting I-9 verifications, E-Verify procedures and/or by confirming employees’ Social Insurance Number.
- Conduct HR orientation which includes review Orveon values and policies, employee handbook, benefits and/or other HR related documents.
- Serve as the primary contact for new employees.
- Partner with TA, HRBPs and IT in processing terminations of employees and/or contractors using UKG HRIS system.
- HRIS Systems Administration:
- Support with employee access issues for various HRIS systems, including UKG & Workforce Management (WFM).
- Validate UKG HRIS system through monthly census review process.
- Benefits administration.
- Responsible for updating monthly organizational charts.
- Performs general HR clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and mailing.
- Provide administrative support to executives as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and/or Power Point).
