Responsibilities
- Consistently create a welcoming environment for the client, focusing on the fun factor with equal focus in driving sales
- Consistently MEET and EXCEEDS daily sales goals, utilizing company tools and resources
- Communicates frequently with the Executive the wins/opportunities and openly seeks out coaching
- Assists in the maintenance of merchandising/visual display/marketing standards and that store is consistently restocked, and ensuring consistent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
- Follow the Orveon & Retailer Appearance Guidelines.
Experience
- POSITIVE, CHARISMATIC, OUTGOING personality with a NATURAL TALENT for ENGAGING and building an INSTANT CONNECTION with others
- Cosmetics Sales and/or Retail experience a plus but not required
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and build relationships
- Flexibility and the ability to handle change in a positive manner
- Willingness to work nights/weekends/holidays
- Able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Retail Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
