Job Summary :
The Brand Marketing Coordinator (Color / Skincare / Promo) is responsible for supporting all Marketing initiatives for new complexion launches and ongoing core business. This position reports into and supports the Manager, Brand Marketing (Color / Skincare / Promo) in various brand communication, analyses, and strategic initiatives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist team in new product launch planning according to new product development process in collaboration with the Manager, Brand Marketing.Issue and update Marketing programs in project management software.Manage and update key documents (Line Edits, Registration, Assortment file, etc.)Support the Manager, Brand Marketing, with the preparation of various marketing presentations (International meetings, Strategic Planning, etc.).Issue and update creative briefs to cross functional teams (including VM, Creative, 360 team)Issue artwork copy briefs and coordinate translations with agencyFollow up on deliverables with cross functional teamsCoordinate cross-functional elaboration of key documents (Launch strategy decks, Forecasting decks, Launch reports)Conduct competitive research to help inform product and pricing strategyPrepare competitive launch reviewsAnalyze brand sales & market data in preparation for Quarterly Business ReviewsAssist in reporting monthly Circana analysisAnalyze consumer feedback on competitive and brand productsSend regular industry news, launches, innovations, and trendsCoordinate and issue weekly marketing memo to cross functional partnersResponsible for early Press, Retailer, and shoot samplesOrganize and maintain marketing product including the purchase of competitiveEnsure rooms are set up for various meetings with appropriate products, comps, etc.Create and own meeting minutesSupport budget tracking by issuing brand marketing POsSupport the Brand Marketing Department in other various ad hoc projectsKey Stakeholders

Pay Transparency
- One of our values is Stark Honesty and the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when deter-mining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $51,000 – $64,000. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
