About the Job :
The Internal Communications and Engagement Director will report to the Chief People Officer and is responsible for developing and executing effective internal communication strategies that foster employee engagement, drive employee value proposition and employee branding internally and externally, enhance organizational culture, and ensure alignment with company goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to create informative, engaging, and impactful communications that resonate with employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Communication Planning :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications and engagement strategy that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Partner with leadership and the Transformation team to communicate to the business with transparency.
- Support the development of employee value proposition and employee branding
- Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications and engagement strategy geared at future employees (through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and other social channels and publications)
- Assess, enhance and streamline existing communication channels and tools.

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $126,000 - $160,000. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
