Job Summary :
Brand Project Manager will work collaboratively with creatives, manage multiple large and small-scale projects, own all project logistics like budgets and schedules, identify and communicate key milestones, and traffic deliverables. The successful candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and raising the bar on creative deliverables. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic and creative thinking, relationship building, problem solving, and strong communication skills with peers and leadership.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Creative project management process, from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met. This is specific to the Creative milestone phase of work. It's not the brand lifecycle project management.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures and provide regular financial updates
- Track brand requests and projects progress, regularly update stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards and methodologies
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals
- Maintain focus on quality, continuously improving project delivery processes
- Evaluate project outcomes, conduct best-project reviews, and implement lessons learned for future projects
- Work with a creative community of designers, writers, videographers, web developers to deliver on the creative vision and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to incorporate them into the company's design strategy.
- Manage tactical digital / ad-hoc request through Asana such as re-sizing ads and promotions or unique digital activations related to calendar year promotions
