About the Role :
This PM roles primary responsibilities are to guarantee timely creative oversight from concept to final release for global Store Design / Visual Merchandising as it relates to Laura Mercier, bareMinerals and some support to Buxom's Visual Merchandising. This role's primary responsibility is to ensure smooth collaboration between internal design teams and affiliate / distributor markets and / or third-party vendors.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Visual Merchandising
- Manage the production process for 2D / 3D initiatives (fixture and lightbox, instore and window activations, and pop-ups) for Orveon (Retail and Distributors)
- Drive internal timelines for gondola updates, tracking key deliverables with cross functional partners such as key accounts & graphic design. Effectively communicate project statuses in weekly meetings
- Coordinate between graphic design and vendor to share artwork due dates, artwork releases.
- Coordinates distribution of update materials & new fixtures with retail partners
- Maintain portfolio of competitive merchandising as inspiration,
- Ensure workspaces & office gondolas are updated and well organized
- Develop, update, and communicate the workback schedule to stakeholders, managing expectations and escalating delays when necessary.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Creative PMs, Regional PMs, Retail EPMs, and other stakeholders to support project success
