OSAAVA Services is seeking at Senior IT Procurement Manager base at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the IRES contract. The successful candidate will supervises a team of buyers and manages approx. $50M purchases annually.
Description of Duties:
The Procurement Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development
for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will report directly to the Enterprise Management (EM) Director
on the IRES contract. The Procurement Manager supervises a team of buyers (including hiring, training, and delivery
accountability) and manages material planning and buying of approximately $50 million of purchases per annum across
over 15 active task orders in a highly integrated matrixed organization.

- Operations: Maintain DCMA Purchasing System approval on the IRES Contract; ensure the IRES procurement systems

Purchasing System reviews, and coordinate with DCAA and DCMA as necessary to provide effective audit support;
manage policies and procedures for IRES procurement, ensuring alignment with company directives; and deliver on small
business utilization goals through material procurements.

strategic relations; and brief leadership on procurement status, as well as key issues impacting financial and technical

Basic Requirements:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 16 years of general
experience; Associate’s degree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of general
experience; Master’s degree and 10 years of general experience.
- Must have 8 years of direct experience in supply chain fields
- Must have 5 years of experience in management or leadership roles
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Degree in supply chain or business management
- Certification(s) in Lean Six Sigma, Defense Acquisition, and/or Federal Acquisition Development Program
- Experience with DCMA approved procurement systems
- Experience with IT hardware and software procurement
- Work on mission-critical software security evaluations for government agencies.
