OSAAVA Services is seeking a Senior-Level Subcontract Manager to support the IRES contract in Colorado Springs.

Senior Subcontract Manager/Lead Subcontract Manager

Summary:

Leads and oversees a team of subcontract professionals, developing and implementing subcontract strategies. Provides expert guidance on complex subcontract matters.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements subcontract management policies and procedures.
• Oversees the preparation, negotiation, and execution of complex subcontracts.
• Manages a portfolio of high-value subcontracts.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Identifies and mitigates significant subcontract risks.
• Resolves complex subcontract-related disputes.
• Develops and implements strategies for improving subcontract performance.
• Reports on subcontract performance metrics to senior management.
• Stays abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in subcontract management.
• Extensive knowledge of contract law and principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management software.
• Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM) is preferred.
