Job Description:
As a Software Developer, you will work alongside a dynamic team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge software solutions for mission-critical applications. You will play a key role in building secure, high-performance systems using modern technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Active MQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
- Implement and integrate messaging systems with Kafka and Active MQ.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Create and maintain reusable JavaBeans components for complex business logic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software to improve performance and security.
- Ensure software solutions comply with security policies and guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to best practices.
- Active Secret Clearance required for this position.
- Strong experience with Java (8 years preferred) and Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with JavaBeans and building modular applications.
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka and Active MQ for message queuing and real-time data streaming.
- Experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
