We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time Secretary for the Osage County Commission. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of secretarial experience, with exceptional multitasking abilities and proficiency in performing routine office duties.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commission, including but not limited to:
- Managing correspondence and communications
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Preparing and maintaining records and documents
- Providing general office assistance as needed
Applicants must be able to work variable hours and demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. A starting salary of $15 per hour is offered, commensurate with experience.
