The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP) will assist the administrative staff in maintaining the guidelines of the program policies and procedures for client treatment. He/she will provide and maintain quality helping services to clients, and will assist clients in their attempt to reach individual treatment goals.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or Sociology required; PhD preferred
- Licensure in counseling required; Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC); Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT); or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- At least two (2) years of experience with Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, Co-Occurring Disorders, and Crisis Intervention required
- Ability to provide Individual, Group, and Family Counseling
- Ability to work with adults who have co-occurring disorders
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Must be CPR certified
- Must be HIPAA and Privacy Act trained
- Must be flexible in nature and able to work as part of a team
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
- Requires the ability to work independently and exhibit problem solving skills which remain inside the values and policies of the organization.
- Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
- Requires strong patient chart documentation skills
- Requires the ability to prioritize and multitask independently
- Requires familiarity with Oklahoma Health Care Authority and Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services requirements for services, documentation and billing.
- Requires familiarity with planning concepts and processes including but not limited to program planning
- Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
- Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
- Must have a clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
