Osage Valley Plastic Surgery is privately owned by Dr. David Huang. We currently have 4 locations: Osage Beach, Columbia, Waynesville and Rolla. We offer a full range of Plastic Surgery as well as injectables and a Full Service Medical Spa.
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and performing administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position does require traveling to our Columbia location every other Tuesday, a vehicle is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment records.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and visitors.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorization for services.
- Collect payments from patients and process payments to providers.
- Provide administrative support to the medical staff.
Excellent pay based on experience.
