Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. Must be able to work 3p-11, 11p-7a and some 7a-3p
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with guest relations by providing personalized service and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
